NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Delano invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 2:00 pm on June 9, 2022 for the 2022 Re-Roof Project of City Building @ 1002 11th Avenue


 General Description of Work:

The existing roof on City Building located at 1002 11th Avenue is leaking and is beyond its useful life. The new roofing will meet the most recent Title 24 requirements. Leaking has caused water damage throughout the soffit areas and ceiling below, increasing required maintenance. This is the old Methodist Church building.

 

Engineers’ Estimate Range: $150k to $175k.
