Recreational Facility Rental

The following facilities are not to be used for private social events as, weddings, parties, dinners, dances, etc. 
Food and non-water beverages are prohibited at our indoor recreational facilities.

Jefferson Ballfield  $20.00 per hr. or $50.00 per hr. with lights
Morningside Ballfield $20.00 per hr. No lights available
Memorial Youth Ballfield $20.00 per hr. or $50.00 per hr. with lights

Rental Information

Please call ahead to inquire if desired date and location are available.
  • Facility Use Applications must be submitted 48 hours prior to use date.
  • Applciations must be approved by 
  • Payment in full is necessary to reserve location and date.
  • All Fees paid are not refundable.
  • Changes to reservations must be made in person by Primary Renter and maybe subject to a $20.00 rescheduling fee.
  • Any applicable deposits will be returned to Primary Renter address by mail within 30 days after date of event.
  • Renter is responsible for cleanup, failure to do so may result in a fine, deposit deduction, or future application rejection.

Event Day Reminders

  • Primary Renter must check in with building staff in indoor facility rentals.
  • Bring copy of approved application with you as proof of reservation or rental.
  • Renter is responsible for clean-up and removal of all items.  
  • If using outdoor facilities bring extra toilet paper and soap. Public Park Restrooms are not guaranteed to have stocked toiletries during your rental.
