Delano Marketplace is a 47-acre development on Woollomes Avenue, located just west of Highway 99. Delano Marketplace is anchored by a Walmart Super center and includes retail shops, restaurants, and office space.
In 2018, the second phase of this development, called The Vineyard, broke ground adjacent to Delano Marketplace on Woollomes Avenue. This new 40-acre retail, entertainment, and lifestyle center is anchored by a Maya Cinemas movie theater, which opened in May 2018.
