Rental Information

Please call ahead to inquire if desired date and location is available. 
  • If event date is 90 days from application submittal date only deposit fee is required to reserve date. Applicant then has one week to submit all paperwork. (Insurnace, Security guard contact) and pay the remaining rental fee. If failure to submit required paperwork or payment within one week. rental application will be voided, event date reservation removed, and fees collected will be mailed back to applicant. 
  • All deposits will be returned to the Primary Rental by mail within 30 days after the date of the event.
  • Applicant is responsible for the cleanup of trash and debris in and around the building at the conclusion of use. Failure to do so may result in being billed or having the cost deducted from any deposit tendered.
  • Security guards are required for all events serving alcohol. 
  • Applicant is responsible for the removal of all personal items left in the building after event. The city is no responsible for any personal items left inside the building.

  • Deposit: $300.00
  • Hourly Rental Fee: $50.00

Event Day Reminders

  • Bring extra toilet paper, seat covers, soap, and garbage bags for your party. Toiletries are stocked before event and are limited.  
  • Bring copy of approved application with you as proof of reservation or rental.
