Effective June 1, 1967, the City of Delano established this City of Delano Employee Pension Plan for the benefit of its eligible employees to be responsible for the control and management of the plan.
Rights and Duties
of the Pension Committee
The committee, on behalf of the participants and their beneficiaries, shall be responsible for the control and management of the plan, and shall enforce the plan in accordance with its terms and shall be charged with the general administration of the plan. The committee shall have all powers and duties necessary to accomplish those purposes.
The Delano Pension Committee shall meet on the second Tuesday of February, May, August, and November of each year at 9:00 a.m. (Resolution 2019-01)
